Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix Butter and Sugar

  • Combine the melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Stir until it looks shiny and smooth.

Step 2: Add Eggs and Vanilla

  • Add the eggs and vanilla. Stir until everything is soft and glossy.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix slowly until it is thick and fudgy. Do not over mix.

Step 4: Fold in Walnuts

  • Add the walnuts and fold gently. They give a nice crunch in the brownies.

Step 5: Prepare Pan

  • Line a small air fryer safe pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter in and spread evenly.

Step 6: Air Fry

  • Set air fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 12–15 minutes. Check with a toothpick; a few crumbs mean it is perfect.

Step 7: Cool and Serve

  • Let the brownies cool a little before slicing. Serve warm or store for later.
