Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze
These crispy, golden brussels sprouts are air fried to perfection and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Super easy, no oven drama, and perfect when you want something fast but still feelin’ fancy. Even the kids might sneak a few if you call them "mini veggie chips." One of my go-to Air Fryer Recipes for real.
Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Cook Time 14 minutes mins
- 1 lb brussels sprouts halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder or chili flakes
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought works great
Season the Sprouts
Toss the sprouts in a big bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any extras like garlic powder or chili flakes if you're feelin’ fancy. Mix it all up so every sprout gets coated.
Air Fry Time
Dump the seasoned sprouts into the air fryer basket. Try not to crowd them too much so they get crispy, not soggy. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through. They should look golden brown with a few dark edges.
