Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

These crispy, golden brussels sprouts are air fried to perfection and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Super easy, no oven drama, and perfect when you want something fast but still feelin’ fancy. Even the kids might sneak a few if you call them "mini veggie chips." One of my go-to Air Fryer Recipes for real.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought works great

Instructions

Wash & Chop

  • Rinse your brussels sprouts and trim off the little tough ends. Then cut them in half (or quarter the big ones). This helps them cook even and get crispy.

Season the Sprouts

  • Toss the sprouts in a big bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any extras like garlic powder or chili flakes if you're feelin’ fancy. Mix it all up so every sprout gets coated.

Preheat Your Air Fryer

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) — if your air fryer needs that. Mine doesn’t but some do. You know your machine best.

Air Fry Time

  • Dump the seasoned sprouts into the air fryer basket. Try not to crowd them too much so they get crispy, not soggy. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through. They should look golden brown with a few dark edges.

Add the Glaze

  • Once they’re out of the fryer, move 'em to a serving bowl and drizzle that balsamic glaze all over the top. You can go light or go wild — I don’t judge.

Serve & Devour

  • Serve hot while they’re still crunchy. Works as a side dish or even a lil snack if you're craving something savory.
