Prep the Wings

  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture ensures crispy skin.

Oil and Season

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Starting with a hot air fryer helps achieve that crispy texture.

Cook the Wings

  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
    Cook Time: 10 minutes, then flip.
    Final Cook Time: 8–10 minutes.Wings should be golden, crispy, and have an internal temp of 165°F (use a meat thermometer).

Serve and Enjoy
