Air Fryer Cheesecake
This Air Fryer Cheesecake is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make—no water bath or long baking times required! With a buttery graham cracker crust and smooth cheesecake filling, this is the perfect air fryer dessert for any occasion.

For the crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
For the filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Make the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into a 6-inch springform pan.
Air fry at 325°F for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until just combined.
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Air Fry the Cheesecake
Set air fryer to 300°F.
Place cheesecake in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
Let the cheesecake cool at room temp, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
