Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes

This easy air fryer chicken and potatoes recipe is my go-to for chaotic weeknights. Juicy chicken, crispy potatoes, and basically no cleanup. My picky eaters love it, and I love not losing my mind over dinner. Toss it all together, pop it in the air fryer, and boom — dinner’s done.
