Air Fryer Chicken Breast Recipe

Chicken breasts can be a hit or miss, right? Sometimes they're juicy and perfect, and other times, they end up dry and sad. I used to avoid cooking them because of that. But then, I got an air fryer, and let me tell you, it changed everything.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels to remove moisture.
  • Season both sides of the chicken by rubbing with olive oil, then sprinkling with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F.
  • Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

  • If your air fryer basket is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
