Air Fryer Chicken Breast Recipe
Chicken breasts can be a hit or miss, right? Sometimes they're juicy and perfect, and other times, they end up dry and sad. I used to avoid cooking them because of that. But then, I got an air fryer, and let me tell you, it changed everything.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels to remove moisture.
Season both sides of the chicken by rubbing with olive oil, then sprinkling with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F.
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
- If your air fryer basket is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Add your favorite seasoning blends for variety!
