Air Fryer Chicken Satay
This Air Fryer Chicken Satay is a quick and easy meal that’s packed with flavor! Juicy marinated chicken skewers are cooked to perfection in the air fryer and served with a creamy peanut dipping sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, meal prep, or a fun appetizer the whole family will love!

For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Peanut Sauce:
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sriracha optional for spice
- 2 tbsp warm water to thin out the sauce
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
Add chicken strips and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for max flavor).
Prep the Air Fryer & Skewers
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
Air Fry the Chicken
Place skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
Make the Peanut Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha.
Stir in warm water, 1 tbsp at a time, until it reaches a smooth, dippable consistency.
Serve & Enjoy!
Serve skewers hot with peanut sauce on the side.
