- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage & carrots
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp sriracha optional
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together the chicken, coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sriracha until well combined.
Wrap the Spring Rolls
Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
Place 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom.
Fold the bottom corner up, tuck in the sides, and roll it tightly.
Brush the edge with beaten egg to seal.
Air Fry to Crispy Perfection
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray spring rolls with cooking spray.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
