  • 2 lbs chicken wings flats and drumettes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or a light drizzle of oil
  • Your favorite sauces buffalo, BBQ, or honey mustard

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Wings: Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  • Cook the Wings: Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Crisp Them Up: Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for an additional 5–8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • For frozen wings, increase the initial cooking time to 25 minutes and adjust as needed.
  • For extra crispy wings, let them rest for 5 minutes before saucing.
