A quick and easy Air Fryer Cake that’s soft, fluffy, and packed with melty chocolate chips. Perfect for a last-minute dessert, family treats, or whenever you’re craving something sweet without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil vegetable, canola, or melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pan – Grease a 6-inch cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add wet ingredients – Stir in milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips – Mix in the chocolate chips, saving a few for the top.
  • Bake – Pour batter into the pan and air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Cool and serve – Let the cake cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy.

Notes

Tips:

  • Do not overmix the batter for a light, fluffy texture.
  • Check at 18 minutes if your air fryer runs hot.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
