  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Instructions

Cook the Filling

  • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds.

  • Mix in your protein, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

Assemble the Egg Rolls

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
  • Fold the bottom corner up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.

Air Fry to Perfection

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F.
  • Lightly spray or brush egg rolls with oil.
  • Place in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.

Cool & Serve

  • Let them cool for a minute (they’re HOT inside!).
  • Serve with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Want extra crunch? Brush with a little more oil before air frying.
  • Make ahead: Freeze before cooking and air fry straight from frozen (just add a few extra minutes).
  • Filling ideas: Try buffalo chicken, cheeseburger, or all-veggie egg rolls!
