Air Fryer Egg Rolls
Crispy, easy, and made without all the greasy mess! These homemade Air Fryer Egg Rolls are perfect for a quick snack, appetizer, or dinner. No deep frying—just golden, crunchy perfection in minutes!

- 1 cup cabbage shredded or coleslaw mix
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- ½ cup cooked protein chicken, shrimp, or tofu
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Cook the Filling
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds.
Add cabbage and carrots, stirring for 3 minutes until softened.
Mix in your protein, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
Assemble the Egg Rolls
Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Fold the bottom corner up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
Air Fry to Perfection
Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F.
Lightly spray or brush egg rolls with oil.
Place in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cool & Serve
Let them cool for a minute (they’re HOT inside!).
Serve with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or your favorite dip.
