Ingredients
  

For the Fish:

  • 1 pound white fish fillets cod, tilapia, or haddock
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil for spraying

For the Fries:

  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Prep the Fries:

  • Toss fries with oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.

Bread the Fish:

  • Pat fish dry. Coat in flour, then egg, then panko mixture with seasonings.
  • Lightly spray with oil for extra crispiness.

Cook the Fish:

  • Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve and Enjoy:
