Air Fryer Funnel Cake

This easy Air Fryer Funnel Cake is a fun twist on the classic fair treat — but without all the oil and mess. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • Powdered sugar for topping
  • Non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Combine: Pour wet into dry and stir until smooth like pancake batter.
  • Prep air fryer: Preheat to 375°F. Spray basket with non-stick spray.
  • Add batter: Pour batter into a squeeze bottle or ziplock bag. Swirl into basket in a circular pattern.
  • Cook: Air fry 5 minutes. Flip, then cook another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Finish: Remove and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm!

Notes

Let the kids help drizzle the batter and shake on the sugar (just maybe have a broom ready after).
