Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh is best!
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, and all the spices. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken thighs and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat & Arrange

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the chicken skin-side down in the basket, leaving space between each piece.

Air Fry to Perfection

  • Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the internal temp reaches 165°F.

Rest & Serve

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve with extra lemon juice and your favorite sides!

Notes

  • Pat the chicken dry before seasoning for extra crispy skin.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed.
  • Want it spicy? Add cayenne or red pepper flakes!
