Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges optional, for serving
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Chicken

  • Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika to the bowl. Toss to coat the chicken evenly. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to soak in.

Skewer the Chicken

  • Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow the air to circulate for even cooking.

Add Parmesan

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken skewers and press gently to make it stick.

Air Fry the Skewers

  • Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

Serve
