For the Honey Mustard Glaze:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise optional
For the Chicken:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg beaten
Prepare the Breading:
In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook in the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
