Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp
This Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Shrimp is crispy, sweet, spicy, and totally addicting. Made with a simple honey sriracha sauce, this dish is perfect for a quick dinner, an easy appetizer, or even meal prep. The air fryer keeps it light and crispy without the mess of deep frying. - 1 pound large shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds & chopped green onions for garnish
- Cooking spray or oil
Prep the Shrimp – Pat shrimp dry, toss with cornstarch.
Air Fry – Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Make the Sauce – Simmer honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Stir in lime juice.
Toss & Serve – Coat hot shrimp in sauce, garnish, and enjoy!
