Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6-8 Oreos or more if you want extra

Optional toppings:

  • chocolate chips chopped nuts, sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 2: Add the Dry Ingredients

  • Fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder gently until fully combined. Do not overmix.

Step 3: Prepare the Air Fryer Pan

  • Grease a small pan that fits in your air fryer basket or line with parchment paper. Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

Step 4: Add the Oreos

  • Line the Oreos in a single layer on top of the brownie batter.

Step 5: Cover the Oreos

  • Pour the remaining batter on top of the Oreos so they are fully covered.

Step 6: Air Fry the Brownies

  • Set air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 18-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick—it should come out with a few crumbs but not completely clean.

Step 7: Cool and Slice

  • Let brownies cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing to keep the Oreo surprise intact.

Step 8: Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve warm with milk or enjoy as they are.
