Air Fryer Peanut Butter Brownies

These air fryer brownies are fast, easy, and perfect for after school snacks or late night sweet cravings. The air fryer keeps the brownies moist and rich without heating up the whole house. This is one of my favorite easy dessert recipes when life is loud.

Ingredients

  • Melted butter one half cup
  • Sugar one cup
  • Eggs two
  • Cocoa powder one third cup
  • Flour one half cup
  • Vanilla one teaspoon
  • Salt one pinch
  • Chocolate chips one quarter cup
  • Peanut butter one quarter cup warmed a little for drizzling

Instructions

Step One

  • Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips.

Step Two

  • Line a small air fryer safe pan with parchment paper. Press it down so it stays flat.

Step Three

  • Pour the brownie batter inside the pan. Drizzle warm peanut butter on top and swirl gently with a toothpick.

Step Four

  • Place the pan in the air fryer. Set the heat to three hundred twenty degrees. Cook for fourteen to sixteen minutes.

Step Five

  • Let brownies cool for ten minutes before cutting. They hold their shape better this way.

Notes

Tips

  • Fold the parchment paper edges so they do not pop up in the air fryer.
  • Check the brownies a minute early if your air fryer runs hot.
  • Use a smaller pan for thicker brownies.
  • Add extra peanut butter for more soft gooey spots.
  • Let the brownies rest so they do not fall apart.

Variations

  • Add crunchy peanut butter for a tiny crunch in every bite.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top before cooking for a fun twist.
  • Mix in white chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate.
  • Add a little cinnamon for a warm flavor.
  • Swirl in jam for a peanut butter and jelly style brownie.
