- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 pineapple rings canned or fresh
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice from the can
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Prepare the Pan: Grease a 6-inch cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour melted butter into the pan and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over it.
