Air Fryer Raspberry Chocolate Brownies

- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Optional:
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Line a small air fryer-safe pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder gently. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in raspberries. Optional chocolate chips or nuts can be added here too.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out slightly gooey.
Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
