Air Fryer Raspberry Chocolate Brownies

These brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and full of little bursts of raspberry. Perfect for a quick dessert or a sweet treat for the kids. Made entirely in the air fryer, they are fast, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Line a small air fryer-safe pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
  • In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder gently. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in raspberries. Optional chocolate chips or nuts can be added here too.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should come out slightly gooey.
  • Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Tips

  • Frozen raspberries are fine. Do not thaw before adding to batter.
  • Use small air fryer pans for single batches or portioning.
  • Sprinkle extra chocolate chips or nuts on top before baking for added texture.
  • Let brownies cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess.

Variations

  • Swap raspberries with blueberries, chopped strawberries, or cherries.
  • Add a swirl of peanut butter or Nutella before cooking for a decadent twist.
  • Try using half whole wheat flour for a slightly healthier version.
  • Top with a dusting of powdered sugar or drizzle of melted chocolate for a fancy look.
