Air Fryer Smores Brownies
These Air Fryer Smores Brownies are the perfect mix of gooey chocolate, soft marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers. They taste just like campfire smores but made right in your air fryer. This recipe is quick, simple, and family approved. Perfect for busy moms, sweet tooth cravings, or when your teenagers are asking for dessert again.

Total Time 30 minutes mins
- 1 box of brownie mix your favorite brand works fine
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Nonstick spray
In a big bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, egg, and water. Stir it until it looks smooth and chocolatey. Try not to lick the spoon yet, I know it is hard.
Grab a small baking dish that fits inside your air fryer basket. Spray it with nonstick spray. I use a square pan but anything that fits works fine.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Then sprinkle your graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips all over. Pour the rest of the brownie batter on top. It does not have to be perfect. The messy ones taste the best anyway.
Place the pan in the air fryer. Set it at 320 degrees F and cook for about 15 to 18 minutes. Every air fryer cooks a little different, so check it around 15 minutes. When a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs, it is ready.
This part is tough but wait about 5 minutes before cutting. The marshmallows are super hot and sticky right out of the air fryer.
Cut them into squares, grab a glass of milk, and enjoy that gooey chocolate center. The top gets crispy, the middle stays soft, and the marshmallows melt just right.
Tips
-
Use parchment paper for easy removal and less mess.
-
Add mini marshmallows on top halfway through cooking for that perfect toasted look.
-
For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before air frying.
-
If your air fryer runs hot, lower the temperature to 310 degrees F and check a bit early.
