Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits flaky style
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

Prep the Strawberries

  • In a bowl, toss sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to release their juices.

Air Fry the Biscuits

  • Brush biscuits with melted butter and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.

Let the Biscuits Cool

  • Remove from air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Shortcakes

  • Slice each biscuit in half.
  • Spoon strawberries onto the bottom half, add whipped cream, and place the top half on.
  • Drizzle extra strawberry juice over the top for extra flavor.

Serve and Enjoy
