- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or preferred cheese
- ¼ cup cooked spinach optional
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes or cooked turkey bacon bits
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Prep the Chicken
Butterfly the chicken breasts (slice in half almost all the way through so they open like a book).
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes (or bacon), and Italian seasoning
Air Fry the Chicken
Lightly brush the chicken with olive oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place stuffed chicken in the basket (don't overcrowd).
Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check that the internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest & Serve
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Serve with roasted veggies, salad, or mashed potatoes.
