- 12 large white or cremini mushrooms
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs panko recommended
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
