Air Fryer Tahini Brownies

This air fryer tahini brownie recipe makes the softest and warm brownies with a tiny nutty taste. They cook fast and are great for busy days when the teens are yelling about snacks again. The air fryer keeps the top crispy and the middle gooey, and the whole thing feels like dessert magic with very little work.

Ingredients

  • Half cup cocoa powder
  • Half cup sugar
  • One third cup flour
  • Half teaspoon baking powder
  • One fourth teaspoon salt
  • Two eggs
  • Half cup tahini
  • One third cup melted butter or melted coconut oil
  • One teaspoon vanilla
  • Chocolate chips if you want extra sweet

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. It is fine if it gets lumpy. Stir a bit more.

Step 2

  • Add eggs, tahini, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix till it looks thick and shiny.

Step 3

  • Add chocolate chips if you want. My teens yell for more chocolate every time.

Step 4

  • Line a small pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in. Make sure it fits in your air fryer basket.

Step 5

  • Cook at 320 F for 12 to 14 minutes. Check around minute 12. The middle should look a little soft.

Step 6

  • Let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting. It feels hard to wait, but it helps the brownies stay together.

Notes

Tips

  • Cut parchment paper ahead for fast clean up.
  • Check your brownies early because air fryers heat strong.
  • Add a pinch of salt on top if you like fancy bakery vibes.
  • Use melted coconut oil for a soft and sweet flavor.
  • Let teens help mix so they feel proud even if they spill half the cocoa powder.

Variations

  • Add peanut butter swirls on top for a fun twist.
  • Use white chocolate chips for a sweeter brownie.
  • Make them extra gooey by stopping the cook time one minute early.
  • Mix in crushed cookies or pretzels for a crunchy brownie.
  • Add a little cinnamon for a warm cozy flavor.
