Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt optional, for creaminess and protein
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk like almond or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • A pinch of cinnamon optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the apple and banana.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender (banana, apple, yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency with a splash of milk or water, if needed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
