Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Peel and slice the bananas, pit the dates.
  • Blend: Add bananas, dates, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
  • Blend on high: Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency: Add more milk if it’s too thick, or more ice for a thicker texture.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
