Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
: Peel and slice the bananas, pit the dates.
Blend
: Add bananas, dates, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
Blend on high
: Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency
: Add more milk if it’s too thick, or more ice for a thicker texture.
Serve
: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Store leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
