  • 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Add buffalo sauce to shredded chicken and mix until fully coated.
  • Combine mayonnaise and ranch dressing in a bowl until smooth.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan with butter until soft and flexible.
  • Place lettuce, buffalo chicken, tomatoes, and cheese on each tortilla.
  • Drizzle creamy ranch mixture over the fillings.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time and make this recipe even faster.
  • Warm the tortillas before filling to help prevent cracking or tearing during rolling.
  • Adjust the buffalo sauce amount to make the wrap milder or spicier based on your taste preference.
  • Do not overfill the tortilla. Too much filling can make the wrap difficult to roll and may cause it to fall apart.
  • For extra crunch, add crispy lettuce right before serving.
  • Ranch dressing can be replaced with blue cheese dressing for a more classic buffalo flavor.
  • Whole wheat, spinach, or low carb tortillas can be used as easy substitutions.
  • Leftover buffalo chicken mixture can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For meal prep, store the chicken filling separately and assemble the wraps just before serving to keep the vegetables fresh.
  • Add avocado, corn, jalapenos, or pickles for extra flavor and texture variations.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or use reduced fat ranch dressing.
  • This recipe works well with grilled chicken, crispy chicken, shredded chicken, or leftover baked chicken.
