A super easy, cheesy, and crispy appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack! These Chicken Cheddar Pinwheels are made with crescent roll dough, shredded chicken, and melty cheddar—rolled up, sliced, and baked to golden perfection. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
1can refrigerated crescent roll doughor puff pastry
1cup shredded chicken cooked (rotisserie works great!)
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded
2tbspcream cheesesoftened
1tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
1tbspchopped parsleyoptional
1eggbeaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat & Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the crescent dough on a floured surface, pinching seams together to form a solid rectangle.
Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble & Roll
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough into a tight log, starting from the long side.
Slice & Bake
Slice into ¾-inch pinwheels and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce!
