Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie works great!
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Mix the filling – In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mayo, jalapeños, and seasonings. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture – Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of filling all the way to the edges.
  • Roll it up – Tightly roll the tortilla like a burrito. Repeat with the rest.
  • Chill – Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or 10 to 15 minutes in the freezer for faster results).
  • Slice and serve – Cut each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, arrange on a plate, and serve.

Notes

Baking Option (For Warm Pinwheels)

If you prefer baked pinwheels, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), place the sliced pinwheels on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
