Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups rice chex cereal
  • 2 cups corn chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add rice chex cereal, corn chex cereal, and pretzels to a large mixing bowl and gently combine.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  • Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture, gently folding until most pieces are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the coated mixture into a large zip-top bag or container. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until all pieces are coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  • Once cooled, add mini marshmallows and gently mix to combine.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days
  • Do not refrigerate, as it may make the mix soggy
  • For best results, allow full cooling before storing
  • You can double the recipe for larger gatherings
