Cold Spinach Dip Pinwheels

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained very well
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Thaw spinach completely and squeeze out all excess water until dry.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stir in spinach and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Lay tortillas flat and warm slightly if needed for flexibility.
Spread filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving edges clear.
Roll tightly into logs and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for 1 to 4 hours until firm.
Slice into 1 inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Serve cold on a platter.
