Cottage Cheese Tortilla Wrap Recipe

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 large tortilla
- Lettuce optional
- Tomato optional
- Cucumber optional
- Avocado optional
- Chicken or turkey optional
Add cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, parsley, and chives into a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium low heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Pour the blended mixture into the pan and spread evenly into a thin layer. Cook until set and lightly golden.
Warm the tortilla slightly to make it soft and flexible.
Place the cooked cottage cheese layer onto the tortilla and spread evenly.
Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and protein on top.
