Crack Chicken Dip
This crack chicken dip is creamy, cheesy, warm, and super easy. It is one of the best hot dip recipes for busy days, parties, or late night snacking when the house feels loud. My kids love it and I feel like a snack hero every time I make it.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 5 minutes mins
Total Time 15 minutes mins
- 2 cups chicken shredded cooked
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 and 1 half cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked crumbled
- 2 tablespoons onions chopped green
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. It may look lumpy first but it gets smooth.
Add the ranch seasoning and stir again.
Add the shredded chicken and fold it in gentle. I always spill a little and it is fine.
Add the cheddar cheese and most of the bacon. It smells really good here.
Mix until the dip looks creamy and thick.
Sprinkle the last bit of bacon and green onions on top.
Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Tips

Warm the dip for a few seconds if you want it extra creamy.

-
Add cooked corn or black beans for extra texture.
