- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp green onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Add feta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix slowly until creamy and well combined.
Add dried cranberries, green onions, and parsley. Stir gently until evenly mixed throughout the cream cheese.
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Make sure tortillas are soft and easy to roll.
Spread a thick but even layer of the mixture across each tortilla, covering all edges.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, pressing gently as you roll to keep it firm.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least one hour to firm up.
Remove from fridge, unwrap, and place on a cutting board.
Slice into even pinwheels using a sharp knife, wiping the blade if needed between cuts.
Arrange on a serving plate and serve fresh.
- Chilling helps the rolls hold shape and slice clean
- Can be made one day ahead and stored in fridge
- Slice just before serving for best presentation
