Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetables finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives optional

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  • Add shredded cheese and finely chopped vegetables. Stir well until evenly combined throughout the mixture.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Make sure it is soft and easy to roll.
  • Spread a generous but even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla. Leave a small space around the edges.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Press gently as you roll to keep it firm and even.
  • Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and unwrap. Slice into even rounds using a sharp knife. Clean the knife between cuts if needed.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve fresh.

Notes

  • Chilling is important for clean slicing
  • Do not overfill the tortillas
  • Use fresh, soft tortillas for best results
