- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetables finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olives optional
Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Add shredded cheese and finely chopped vegetables. Stir well until evenly combined throughout the mixture.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Make sure it is soft and easy to roll.
Spread a generous but even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla. Leave a small space around the edges.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Press gently as you roll to keep it firm and even.
Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Remove from the refrigerator and unwrap. Slice into even rounds using a sharp knife. Clean the knife between cuts if needed.
Arrange on a plate and serve fresh.
- Chilling is important for clean slicing
- Do not overfill the tortillas
- Use fresh, soft tortillas for best results
