Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook mushrooms: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until moisture evaporates. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix the dip: In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked mushrooms.
  • Transfer to baking dish: Spread the mixture into a small baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Cook for extra 2 minutes if needed to lightly brown the top.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or vegetables.
