Creamy Baked Mushroom Dip is a rich, cheesy appetizer made with sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, and melted cheese baked until hot and bubbly. It’s perfect for parties, holidays, or a cozy snack with crackers or toasted bread.

- 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook mushrooms: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until moisture evaporates. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Let cool slightly.
Mix the dip: In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked mushrooms.
Transfer to baking dish: Spread the mixture into a small baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Cook for extra 2 minutes if needed to lightly brown the top.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or vegetables.
