Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/6 cup chopped green chili
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Stir until the cheese melts completely.
  • Mix in the diced tomato and chopped green chili.
  • Add garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Stir until the dip is warm and smooth.
  • Serve immediately with chips or crackers.
