- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/6 cup chopped green chili
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to a saucepan over low heat.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir until the cheese melts completely.
Mix in the diced tomato and chopped green chili.
Add garlic powder and black pepper.
Stir until the dip is warm and smooth.
