Transfer the squeezed cucumber to a bowl and set aside
In a separate mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice
Whisk or stir until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and well combined
Add the prepared cucumber into the yogurt mixture
Add the finely minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper
Mix everything slowly until all ingredients are evenly combined
Make sure the cucumber and herbs are spread throughout the dip
Taste the dip and adjust salt, lemon juice, or garlic if needed
Mix again after adjusting flavors
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
This helps the flavors blend and improves the texture
Remove from the fridge and stir gently before serving
Drizzle a little olive oil on top if desired
