Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Check consistency. If too thick, add water, milk, or olive oil in small amounts.
Taste and adjust flavor by adding more lemon juice or optional honey.
Blend briefly again after adjustments.
Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
Drizzle with olive oil or honey if desired before serving.
