Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
These crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts are the perfect easy side dish for busy weeknights. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and done in under 20 minutes. Even the kids will eat them without a fight. Great with dinner or as a snack straight out of the basket.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
- garlic powder onion powder, chili flakes, Parmesan, balsamic glaze
Step 2: Season
In a bowl, toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any extra seasonings.
Step 3: Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spread sprouts in one layer in the basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway. Add 1–2 more minutes if you want them extra crispy.

Dry sprouts = crispy sprouts. Use a towel to soak up any water.
