Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or your favorite wraps

Optional:

  • Smoked salmon or turkey for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Prep the Cucumber

  • Peel and slice the cucumber very thin (use a mandoline or sharp knife).

Make the Creamy Dill Spread

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper until smooth.

Spread the Mixture

  • Lay out tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a ½-inch border.

Add the Cucumber

  • Arrange cucumber slices evenly across each tortilla.

Roll It Up

  • Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
  • (Optional: Wrap in plastic and chill for 15 minutes to firm up.)

Slice & Serve

  • Cut into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter.

Notes

  • Avoid soggy pinwheels by patting cucumber slices dry before rolling.
  • Make ahead – Store wrapped rolls in the fridge for up to 24 hours before slicing.
  • Customize! Add smoked salmon, turkey, or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
