Easy Berry Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds optional
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with more milk if needed. Top with additional berries, nuts, or seeds as desired.
