A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with more milk if needed. Top with additional berries, nuts, or seeds as desired.
