Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until the chicken is evenly coated with seasoning. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and parsley. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly so they are soft and easy to roll.
  • Spread creamy garlic sauce onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Add the seasoned chicken evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly into wraps.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down into the skillet.
  • Cook the wraps for 2 to 3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown. The cheese inside should be fully melted.
  • Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for 1 minute before slicing in half and serving warm.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
  • Add chili flakes for spicy wraps.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
  • Do not overfill the tortillas.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
