Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked, shredded
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional

Instructions

  • Shred cooked chicken into small pieces and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add garlic powder and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken and mix until fully coated.
  • Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and flexible.
  • Lay tortilla flat and add romaine lettuce in the center.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the lettuce.
  • Place creamy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, or leftover cooked chicken breast to save time.
  • Warm the tortillas before assembling to make them softer and easier to roll without tearing.
  • Do not overfill the wrap. Too much filling can make the tortilla split or fall apart while rolling.
  • For extra crunch, use fresh chopped romaine lettuce and add it right before serving.
  • Adjust the amount of Caesar dressing to your preferred texture. Add less for a lighter wrap or more for extra creaminess.
  • Whole wheat tortillas, spinach wraps, or low carb tortillas can be used instead of regular flour tortillas.
  • Add extras like crispy bacon, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, crouton crumbs, or shredded cheese for more flavor and texture.
  • For a spicy version, mix in hot sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, or sliced jalapeños.
  • This recipe is best served fresh, but the chicken mixture can be prepared up to 2 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
  • If making for meal prep, store lettuce separately and assemble wraps just before eating to keep them crisp.
  • Turn this recipe into a Chicken Caesar Wrap Bowl by skipping the tortilla and serving the filling over chopped lettuce or rice.
  • To make the wraps warm and lightly crispy, cook the assembled wrap in a dry skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side before serving.
