  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well so the chicken becomes fully coated with seasoning.
  • Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until heated through and lightly crispy around the edges.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and chopped parsley until smooth and creamy.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them soft and flexible.
  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread garlic sauce across the center of each tortilla.
  • Add shredded lettuce, seasoned chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  • Fold the sides inward and roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in a warm skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook each wrap for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Press gently with a spatula while cooking.
  • Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
