Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs parsley or dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy with no visible curds.
  • Stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure even blending. Blend again briefly if needed.
  • Add chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  • Blend for a few seconds for a fully smooth dip or stir gently for a slightly textured consistency.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning by adding more salt, lemon juice, or herbs if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, stir gently, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a thinner dip, add 1 to 2 tbsp milk while blending
  • For a thicker dip, reduce yogurt slightly
  • Use fresh herbs for best flavor
  • Blending time may vary depending on blender strength
