  • 2 cans tuna drained well
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup celery finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Add drained tuna to a mixing bowl and break it into flakes using a fork.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until creamy and well combined.
  • Add diced celery and red onion and mix gently until evenly distributed.
  • Lay tortillas flat and add shredded lettuce to the center of each one.
