Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional, for coating

Instructions
 

  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature until smooth and easy to mix.
  • Finely chop dill pickles into small pieces for even texture.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar until creamy.
  • Add chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Shape mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
  • Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts or herbs if desired.
  • Wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Let sit for a few minutes before serving, then enjoy with crackers or veggies.
